Mingo is a bingo-like Discord Activity. This Privacy Policy explains what information Mingo collects, how it is used, and how you can request deletion.
When you use Mingo through Discord, we may receive basic Discord account information that Discord provides after you authorize the Activity, including your Discord user ID, display name, username, and avatar URL.
During gameplay, Mingo processes temporary game information such as room codes, room names, player names, card numbers, marked card spaces, called numbers, selected pattern, player limit, call timer, and winner results.
Mingo may store local preferences in your browser or Discord Activity client, such as your chosen display name and whether background music is enabled. These preferences are stored locally on your device using browser storage.
Our hosting provider may automatically process technical information needed to operate the service, such as IP address, request logs, device/browser information, timestamps, and error logs.

We do not sell personal information. We may share or process information with service providers that help operate Mingo, including Discord for Activity authentication and Railway or another hosting provider for hosting, networking, logs, and server operation.
Player names, avatars, room state, card marks, calls, and winner results may be visible to other users in the same Mingo game room as part of gameplay.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the safety, rights, or security of users, Mingo, Discord, or others.
Mingo game rooms and gameplay state are temporary and are generally kept only while the room is active. Browser preferences remain on your device until you clear them or change the related setting.
Server logs may be retained by our hosting provider for operational, security, and debugging purposes according to the provider's retention settings.
You can clear local preferences by clearing site data for Mingo in your browser or Discord client. To request deletion of information associated with your use of Mingo, contact us at tranthanhan2409@gmail.com. Please include your Discord user ID if you want us to identify records related to your account.
Mingo is intended for users who are old enough to use Discord in their region. We do not knowingly collect information from users who are not permitted to use Discord.
