Mingo Terms of Service

Effective date: August 19, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Mingo, a bingo-like Discord Activity. By using Mingo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Mingo.

Use of Mingo

Mingo is provided as a social game for entertainment. You may use Mingo only if you are allowed to use Discord and only in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and all applicable laws.

No Real-Money Gambling

Mingo does not provide real-money gambling, betting, wagering, cash prizes, or items of monetary value. Do not use Mingo for gambling, betting, or illegal prize-based activity.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users;
• use hateful, sexual, violent, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate names or room names;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, exploit, or reverse engineer Mingo;
• use cheats, automation, or unauthorized tools to interfere with gameplay;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity; or
• use Mingo in a way that violates Discord's rules or applicable law.

Discord Account and Activity Access

Mingo runs inside Discord and uses Discord's Embedded App SDK. Discord may require authorization before you can use the Activity. Discord controls your Discord account, client, servers, channels, and Activity launch surfaces.

Availability

Mingo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue Mingo at any time, including for maintenance, hosting issues, security, abuse prevention, or changes to Discord's platform.

Intellectual Property

Mingo, including its name, game design, code, art, sounds, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or modify Mingo except as allowed by us in writing or by applicable law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Mingo collects and uses information. You can read it at /legal/privacy.html.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to Mingo if we believe you violated these Terms, Discord's rules, applicable law, or if your use creates risk for Mingo, Discord, other users, or others.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mingo is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption arising from or related to Mingo.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of Mingo after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
